Bottling

Our bottling process is closely monitored by our quality control personnel and is also a key focus area for our outside inspectors. Without stringent adherence to good manufacturing practices and a well designed HACCP program we could fail to deliver a quality product to our clients on a consistent basis. Our goal is to insure constant, consistent, industry leading quality in all areas of our process and packaging. We believe that we do achieve these goals and will continue to work for you to insure this attention to detail is followed through in the creation of all our fine products.

It may be of interest to you to know that our filling is preformed in our clean room filling areas. By separating our filling areas from other areas of the production plant and warehouse we can insure a clean filling environment for the filling of all packages.

All packages are date coded for easy tracking in the unlikely event that we had to recall one of our packages. It may also be of interest for you to know, that we have never had a product recall in the 20 year history of our company!

Water Safe

Our Water Safe system can be found in all Cristalia water coolers.
 
“Water Safe” is a system used on all Company owned water coolers and all 3 and 5 gallon refillable bottles produced by Cristalia. The “water safe” concept is simple in nature; it seeks to eliminate any possible contamination of our 3 and 5 gallon water containers as water is dispensed through our coolers equipped with this system. Even the air that enters the bottle as water is dispensed is filtered, by a special air filter to prevent air-born contamination of our water as it is being dispensed for consumption.

The Water Safe system is very simple to use. First, you remove the security label and place the water bottle on top of the water safe tube located inside the water cooler. This tube will pierce the cap of the bottle letting water flow thru the precision valve. The valve prevents any spillage when placing the bottle on top of the water cooler as well as eliminating one major source of airborne contamination as the bottle is placed over an open reservoir (as is the case with most traditional water coolers). The valve will also seal immediately when removing the bottle from the cooler, again avoiding any spillage. (See illustration for a pictorial illustration for the use of this easy to use system).
